We've built this free course and workout video to train 4 foundational human movements that will improve the posture and fitness of anyone forced to work at a desk or laptop.  

This course contains 4 short movement videos that cover a movement in-depth and a 10 minute workout video that can be scaled up to 30 mins for you to do anywhere and anytime.

You may think this is easy but don't be surprised if you work up a little sweat :).  Doing this often will have weird side effects like increased co-ordination, strength and wellness.
